Four pairs came in today:

Pumas: I never hopped on the sneaker train, and my Dansko sneakers have never been all that comfortable because they are so stiff. These Angie Top Picks are great! They work for my wide-ish bunioned feet whereas Allbirds which are supposed to fit *everyone* don’t. Let me know if you want a photo; I think they look nice on the foot — not too heavy. I can’t wear Stan Smiths, Cons, or the like.

Cole Haans: Mules generally fly off my feet and I couldn’t get the right fit in Angie’s Naturalizers. What do you think about these? I am trying to figure out if sales and beauty goggles are blinding me or if they will actually stay on.

Dolce Vita Booties: I ordered all three colors in these Top Picks. The sort of cognac ones are lighter than the other cognac stuff I own and so look washed out when worn together. But I think they are the color of my arms in summer so I am keeping them to wear with bare legs. The taupish gray ones have a bit of a lavender undertone and are a color I can wear but really don’t own. I think they would be orphaned so are going back. I have a pair of black shooties and two pairs of black booties, none of which I wear that much mostly for comfort reasons. I think I will run the tan booties through its paces before I make my final decision on the black booties. If they are as comfortable as they seem, I will keep the black ones as well and pass on the 3-4 hour booties.

And I ordered two (2) more pairs of the python print Donald Pliners in the hopes that I can find a left side that works for me. I don’t think that my left foot is smaller than the right but I think that sometimes the left side gets stretched from people trying it on.
