Today was a cold and rainy day, so I made a soup in the crock pot. A meaty old ham bone, carrots, celery, onion, corn, potatoes, home made turkey stock, thyme from the garden. Later a few grinds of pepper and a cup of cream. Served with home made bread. #1

Made cookies for Bridge Night and decided a spring theme was in order. #2

While visiting Mom this week, I took a break from doing paperwork for her and visited a little patisserie right next door. A good coffee and a Creme brûlée. #3 (I have a hectic sweet tooth, like Angie - LOL!)

Easter wouldn't be Easter without coloured eggs and chocolate. I use blue food colouring for the eggs and sponge them with a little gold craft paint 4-5.
