A month or so ago I posted a K/R on some jeans. I was trying straight legs...the general consciences was around a pair from the brand mother...and I thought I was good to go...BUT...in 3 weeks I never reached for them...which told me they should go back...so I returned them.
And then I came across this pair from Re/Done. And my heart sang...ordered them. tried them. love them. The waist needs to be taken in or i would have worn the ASAP. I’m guessing these won’t be everyone’s cup of tea, but I love the bagginess and the slouchy feel. 2nd pair of denim is a lovely find as they are really lightweight and will be a great summer pant, but will work with boots in the winter (they also need the waist take in).
And finally way back in March I asked which color Cuyana bag people preferred. red was the clear winner. I was in Nyc over mother’s day weekend and had the chance to see them IRL and the red was nice, but the caramel was FAB..the color just looked so rich, and made me happy. so the bag followed me home and I’ve been using it every day since.
Off now to the tailors...
All of this is a long way of saying that I love and appreciate all the advice given here. And that it so helps me to think critically and objectively and, as weird as it sounds helps me to get better at listening to myself.
