I'm a Libra, with Leo rising and Virgo in Venus.

Thanks for sharing this Lisa, this was a very fun read and morning amusement.

I am also a Libra, and using that fun app learned the rest: Gemini rising and Virgo in Venus.

It was fun to find relevant style details in all the three:
1) "Libra style has a flair for fashion and expensive tastes to match…You’d dress up for an errand run…Hey, as the zodiac's most romantic sign, Libras always like to be prepared for that spontaneous magic moment." (Same as Lisa)
Also:
"Because you’re the sign of the freedom fighter, some Libras prefer a punk-rock edge. Caution: it could look like you’re trying hard too hard to be a badass. Balance the grit with soft accents, and you’ll rock that Libra combination of sugar and spice". ( One of my two shadow style personas is edgy).

"Libras look great in jewel tones, and should avoid dull or heavy colors." (Love jewel tones!)

2) “Gemini (rising) is interesting. They might actually be the one who wants to mix multiple patterns or mix multiple different assets, different layered necklaces that are different colors, or something. Either patterns mixed or colors mixed, or just a lot of something.”

( I do like pattern mixing and juxtapositions).

3) “Virgo Venus honestly can get away with letting themselves dress a little bit more — if they want — sexier because they can really rock form-fitting things. Typically, because we are looking at a Venus that is in the sign of its fall, Virgo can be a little hardcore. Venus doesn't love to be there. Although part of them wants to be very people-pleasing and likable, typically their secret fashion sense is actually a little bit more edgy. (Copied the whole thing, as it was hard to get individual sentences that made sense in isolation. Strangely fitting for me, as my two shadow style personas are edgy and bombshell-y, but those are almost exclusively left for non-work occasions.)

I am a Leo/Leo Rising -- "the most powerful Leo." Venus is in Virgo, which Tanya already quoted.

Y'all are going to laugh:

I am also all about the hair, thought I think Jenn's is a little more double-whammy Leo. She, Tatjana and I are all Venus in Virgo, which I don't see as easily in any of our primary styles, but maybe in the shadows. Vildy you have the Leo persona going for sure!

I think Carla would be a hit in a Scorpio biker jacket, just tempered with some of her classics, and maybe in navy or red.

Slim Cat, I always think of Taurus as liking luxurious, sensual yet cosy fabrics.

This was fun.

For Capricorn, a few key sentences popped out: "Symbolized by the mountain goat, you need sturdy shoes to help you trek to the top of the ladder....Since Capricorn is the sign of the executive, you’ll need at least one power suit hanging in your closet. Your sign enjoys rebelling against gender norms. Female Capricorns look great in suits, ties, blazers and boyfriend jeans...."best looks" Moto or cowboy boots, cableknit sweaters, blazers, antique jewelry, button-down shirts, leather jackets." Avoid: overstyled hair, ruffles.

(Not so sure about moto or cowboy boots -- though I have owned both -- or leather jackets, though I do own a few...and cableknits are typically a bit "rough" for me...but...they also say avoid lace, which I don't and don't want to -- though I use in minimal quantities.)

Colours -- black (NOPE, though it looks okay, navy's so much better), grey (yes), forest green (looks good on me but I rarely wear), plum (yes).

Taurus rising: "Taurus rising physical qualities [are] clothes that are loose and flowing, soft fabrics, even silk." (Ed. note. NOT loose and flowing, no way, no how, it is my worst!")

"A very luxury feel, things that maybe are ‘less is more.’ Taurus risings might want to have some very timeless pieces that they did invest in and just kind of work those different ways in their outfits. It’s kind of got a goddess energy to it, so things that kind of have that luxe feeling.”

(Sure for some luxe fabrics and a couple of really great coats or jackets as "investments." But honestly? Not very descriptive.)

Venus in Aquarius: “For Aquarius Venus, the first style I kind of feel for them is skater chic. Oversized T-shirts, looking super cool, but also edgy. If there's something kind of controversial, they’re making a statement about it. Aquarius Venus lets the accessories tell a story. Sun in Pisces, Scorpio rising, Venus in Aries. Typical Pisces descriptions are always way off. I don't do anything drapy or floaty or gauzy. I do spend a lot of time "in nature" but my appearance when I do so is less hippie-mystic, more sporty-dirtbag.

Scorpio is probably a little closer to the mark, in that I have a rebellious streak and feel uncomfortable if I look like everybody else or feel like I'm dressing to please others/meet expectations. And I'll never be without a hefty dose of black in my closet!

The description for Venus in Aries is interesting. I don't see myself as consciously cutting edge, but when I see something I like, I wear it regardless of whether it's trending or not. In fact, I'm more likely to wear it if nobody else around me is. As soon as I noticed cropped wide-legs becoming a wardrobe staple among the rest of the moms, I stopped reaching for mine. The main reason I haven't gone back to a pixie is because they're everywhere now. Etc.

Scorpio here! I forgot my rising and Venus signs so used Co-Star Astrology to get the info again. Leo rising and Venus in Scorpio. I do have a jean biker jacket

Lisa, you and I are very similar. I'm also a Libra with Virgo in Venus except I have a Sagittarius rising. I guarantee it will be a glacier cold day in hell before I wear anything on the lower half of my body that fits like a sausage casing.

I'm Virgo, Aries rising and venus is libra. The only 3 things I could relate to were Virgoans should tortoiseshell glasses (I wear tortoiseshell glasses everyday), low rise jeans (well prefer mid rise ) and yoga pants
Some things were really off.
"

Aries rising people have this warrior quality to them. If anyone can get away with just wearing leather, Aries rising can." I don't own anything leather at the moment apart from shoes, and I really don't like leather skirts or pants.
Then this is the complete opposite-
"Libra Venus feels very Y2K sometimes. I don't want to say dress like a pop star-ish, but that works for Libra Venus. Things that have some girly energy to it, Libra Venus can do well with that." I don't think I dress very girly at all.

Cancer:

The description from AstroTwins of denim as a staple could not be LESS accurate for me. Completely off.

But the more specific descriptions from the actual chart are far more accurate. I lean toward intricate items, edge and statement pieces, always well-maintained.

Virgo rising:

“Honestly, with the energy of Virgo rising, something that literally takes time to put on. Things that have multiple buttons, like a corset, or layered necklaces that they have to clasp every one, or lace-up boots. Things that literally take their conscious attention to put on. Also, things that are loved, never anything that's falling apart, but something that's like a worn-in pair of Doc Martens. That feeling of worn leather or how your favorite jeans fit — things that are worn-in just because they've been loved. The consistency of having their favorite pieces is a very Virgo rising thing.”

Venus in Scorpio:

Taurus but near Gemini cusp here. I have a few investment pieces, but I definitely resonate with the nice fabric bit- velvet, silk, etc.
Gemini they said being able to go day to night- that's a definite for me! I don't live near anything, so I don't go home between activities.
I'd have to look at my birth certificate to see the rest though!
