I'd love a way to "follow" specific posts that I didn't author. (For example, I'd like to follow the Picture Perfect posts this week). By "follow", I mean that I'd like to get notifications on new replies to the topic.

In my understanding, right now, I either get notifications on all posts that I respond to, on posts that I author, or on nothing. Is that correct?
