Floral pants - how to style? Added pics

—- added pics with some more options! Please ignore spots and stains, some items need a wash before I use them, just wanted to try them on while I’m at it..! —-

Reading Jessikams post about dressing to be seen made me realise that I feel quite safe with the way I dress today, which in a way is comfortable but also a bit boring!

Tried these pants that I bought ages ago and haven’t worn for years, thinking of wearing them tomorrow but not at all sure of how to style them. And I don’t have the most versatile closet so not sure if I even have anything that would work.

#1 black cardi (have the same in white), black sleeveless top and blue-grey sandals (or what to call these types of shoes, being Swedish I’m not too sure of all the labels!)

#2 white cardi and top, same shoes as in 1

#3 grey loose blazer, white top, same shoes (should add a necklace to this)

#4 white cardi, coral top, white converse

#5 blue top, white converse

Would love to hear any ideas you may have! Is there any way I could pull these off?

(Sorry for the bad pic, my partner is putting our kid to sleep so I don’t have any help at the moment!)

Fab pants ,depends what you ve got in your closet,any white tops and shoes?Any bold earrings or jewellery?I suggest if you’ve got time pulling out anything that you think might go and have a trying on session.Also Mirjana has just posted some outfit ideas with floral pants might be worth a look.Let us know how you get on.

I like #1 , #2 and #4. Try with colors that suit you the best and don't forget accessories to make the outfit great.

Love love the floral pants. I like pattern on the bottom. Outstanding with the orange top.

Thanks all! The coral top needed a wash so I skipped the outfit today, will try it some other time thanks for all the input!

I like the pants and think the bright colored tops look great with them. I prefer the coral top but the blue is nice too.

It would be fun to wear these V-neck and pants combinations with a short necklace that has roses on it. Or a small rose brooch on one of your sweaters. I say, if you like roses, go for it!

Oh, cool pants! I can definitely see you in black ankle boots and an oversized black tunic (preferably woven. Linen?). A topper similar to your blue sweater in the last pic, only longer. I think that would make a super cool, graphic and interesting outfit with these pants!

Thanks for some good ideas 3style and Synne! I don’t have much jewellery at all and no roses unfortunately, but I’ll definitely keep it in mind. I used to have a black tunic that might work, although maybe not similar enough to the blue and I’m not sure I still have it... I’ll have a look in my closet!
