It seems other people around me are leaning into the high waisted leggings & autumnal tones trends. I've developed a mini black capsule wardrobe for my gymwear, because I was tired of pulling out neon workout tops & feeling like a sweaty highlighter every time I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror lol:
#1 Duplicated this M&S top because I'm not a fan of big logos, so the thoughtfully placed reflective strips are enough. The thumbholes can be folded out of the way, & I like that it's tunic length on petite me (so it doesn't feel so exposed with leggings) :

#2 Decathlon 900 zipup sports bra - I'm not particularly big chested (C-D cup) but I do some exercise activities where too much bounce feels uncomfortable (like HIIT, aerobics, weightlifting etc). I discovered these on accident but I like how they girdle without being uncomfortable, since the zips are covered & don't chafe.
#3 My leggings & jogging bottoms are all old, but mainly Puma & Adidas (I find these brands to be cut well for my pear shape, not too slim fitting/ compressive). I usually have a little more fun with my bottoms, but still in B&W or grey.
#4 Puma trainers with as minimal logos as I could find in a supportive but still lightweight enough shoe (I mainly do cardio, yoga & lift weights):
#5 Deceptively flattering H&M poncho to throw on as I enough trek back across campus, hoping no one recognises me but not feeling too embarrassed by my outfit if they do, lol: https://www2.hm.com/en_asia1/p.....68001.html
#6 There still has to be some aspect of colour somewhere lol A lightweight drawstring bag with pockets (inside too): https://www.calvinklein.com/hk.....HING%20RED
