I know a few people who subscribe to Beachbody and do their workouts in their home. Stash your weights under your bed, etc. I'm really tempted to subscribe to use on days when I just cannot get in a proper gym workout. There are a million different workouts on BB - and I think it's just pick and choose and see what you like. The friend I know best uses weight and HIIT workouts. That, and walking for 30 mins a day are all you need . I work in a fitness facility and am a bit of a fitness hobbyist . I know I don't look the part, but I do know a lot.....
I'm personally setting up about 10 personal training sessions with a male trainer I've become work friends with, to get myself into better shape after suffering the gross aftereffects of a broken arm this winter : i.e. no muscle tone in my left arm and I look and feel like an old yucky version of my former self. Expensive, but I love being pushed and supervised at the same time
