One of the "silver linings" for me of 2020 was fewer colds, and thus less time off running (although I did slow down somewhat in our, by global standards very short lockdown) which helped me to get 10km and Half Marathon PBs in 2020 (in addition to 5k PB that was back in Jan) I have more goals for 2020 (I've been working for years to break 25 mins for 5k)
Weight was up and down with a dramatic drop in March, then going up as usual in our Australian winter (but not quite as high as the previous winter) I've been following an online weight loss plan and up until the triple whammy of Christmas/holidays (vacation)/kids' birthday was doing quite well - hopefully it will help me to go back down the other side.
I also took a break from weights in the gym in the earlier part of the year, but am now back into them and plan to continue by twice weekly lunchtime visits.
