Hey ladies, are we still on the bandwagon?

I'd dropped two pounds but no change this morning. I've been pretty good about eating and have managed to avoid most of the sugar I'd normally eat. I did break for Thai food one day, which is another weakness. Rode the exercise bike 3 times.

I'm hoping to sign up for a core class with a friend in December to tighten up in the gut area (my worst!), but for now, I have a question for those who do sit-ups (Mo!) - what do you do at home? I've read about so many kinds of crunches - what have you found most effective?
