(2 new styles added in photos #11 & #12):

A preemptive summer shoe refresh, to replace footwear that's almost wearing out (HK's summer is May-October, so I'm quite hard on my sandals). I've been using Fitflop for years (I find their shoes comfortable for my D width toebox/ high instep/ narrow heel/ mid arched UK 5.5 feet), but what do you think of the following styles, in terms of their fit + suitability for my on-foot (life)style? All comments welcome

#01-#02: Heda snake print sandals in blush - I wanted a nude casual sandal that would go with most of my colourful wardrobe (main neutral = chocolate). I know these are technically 'blush', but does the colour blends well enough into my skin anyway? And what about the snakeskin - would it be distracting when paired with colour?

#03-#04: Heda snake trim sandals in black - I've been patiently building up a black capsule wardrobe (to wear the colour intentionally, maybe with pops of orange/ yellow). I want to add a little edge & trendiness into this capsule without it fighting with my naturally 'softer' features - is this a good compromise, or do you think the style is too 'chunky' looking on me?

#05-#06: Sola leather leaf/ feather slides in gold - I'm most excited about this purchase! I need to be realistic about my needs now in HK vs the UK - there I can make do with my previous block heels because driving means only wearing them for short distances anyway. Here though I need flatter formalwear - both for walking & because HK's small housing often mean having to kick my shoes off quickly when visiting others (don't want to block the hallway by having to bend down to undo straps etc). I feel like this wide strap surprisingly accommodates my high instep (my feet swell during the day) without look too boring (my husband is convinced these are leaves, but the Fitflop website says feathers lol), but how does the fit look to you?

#07-#08: Audrey soft leather loafers in black - I bought these to replace a pair of interview shoes that pinch in the toebox (black patent derby shoes, photo #09). I thought I could tolerate it but, since I'm in the sort of profession where interviews aren't always sit-down ones (may have to teach a demo class etc), I feel like I owe it to myself to have comfy shoes lol. I was thinking of having them do double duty in my black capsule wardrobe, but my partner says they look like schoolgirl shoes (in other words, not edgy enough) lol! Verdict?

PS the photo #10: Hush Puppies Athos sandals were a possible alternative to the blush sandals (#1) - I'm actually buying them to replace a teal pair of Hush Puppies in a similar style (very hardwearing - I would use them even as water shoes lol - but the padding is finally giving way after 5+ years). Do you think #10 might be too cool toned? And be honest - does the thinner strap on these look more 'orthopaedic' than #1, or is it vice versa?

Thanks for your help! I know I'm a late adopter to the chunky 'dad' sandal trend, but better late than never

(Edit: Two more shoes I'm now considering - Photo #11 are of another variety of Fitflop loafers (Lena) but with a feather/ leaf motif & Photo #12 is the closest match I could find to the Hush Puppies Dorri - the ones I'm contemplating are gold but with a sole design between photos #10 & #12, albeit much more lightweight & simple).
