Fit OK or too big?

I just bought this Old Navy blazer - is the fit too big? This is a size M, I usually take a S or M, and they did not have it in a small for comparison. I could alter it myself, but I don't know if I want to go to all that bother for something that was on sale for $22.
I included a pic from Old Navy's website to see how they show the fit of the blazer. I think the fit looks about the same on me. What do you think?
I don't have it styled at all in the photos, and it's the end of a stressful workday so apparently all my makeup has disintegrated. UGH! TIme for a hot shower and PJ's!

If you want it to fit like the model pic, you have the right size. If you want a more tailored, vs the boyfriend, fit you might size down.

Karie, I just bought a very similar jacket and my fits like yours. I like this very much. The one thing I would change though, if you don't mind the suggestion, is how you are rolling the sleeves. I would do a long fold up and then turn the sleeve back down so that you get a the scrunched effect but cannot see the lining. I may not have explained this well but it you check out how Angie folds her denim jacket sleeves, that is what I mean. It works quite well on a more tailored jacket too.

I saw your post, Nanabear, and that's what made me go get the blazer! I wish they had it in a small, but that size was gone - none of the Old Navy stores near me had any. They were also sold out of the black, too

Haha glad I was an inspiration! I think the M looks perfect on you though. The S is roomy for me as well. XS actually fit my body the best but the shoulders were a tad tight. I think it's supposed to look that way, so embrace your beautiful blazer. You look great in it!
