Fit of Vince pants?

I saw these in the sale section of the Vince site. The same pants are in new arrivals in a different colorway, but I love the classic black and white. Anyone familiar with the fit of Vince pants?

I have a pair of Vince boyfriend khakis, and needed the upper size of my range (which is 8-10; the 10s fit well). But, I can't fit into size 10 Kut from the Kloth or size 30 (10 equivalent) Paige jeans. I suspect that means that Vince might run a little big.

Viva, I own this in the blue on blue which are part of NAS and bought the grey & black pair yesterday. I guess I really like them. I wear them in a size 2, to compare, in most BR pants I'm a 0 reg or 2 petite, in theory I'm a 2, in jcrew pants usually a 0.

Kkards, that is really helpful. I'm a 4/6 depending on brand, so I feel very comfortable with all of this feedback going with a 6 here. Are the grey and black part of NAS? What color is the pant and what is the stripe? And would you mind telling me the NAS price? So sorry to bombard.

I'm going to give those pants a try in the blue, also, I went for the 4. I am thinking a 6 might have been better given the above feedback. I am 4 in many brands, but 6 in Theory. I'll be curious to see how we each find the fit!

Ummilla, when will yours arrive?

ETA: The blue is really beautiful. I don't need blue pants or I would seriously consider them. Also, the B&W ones are less expensive and I am drawn to their graphic nature. But that blue is so lovely.

I just ordered today. I ordered a lot of stuff and I expect I will send at least 50% of it back, because I'm picky.

I like the black and white, too, but they are more sporty than I was planning on.
