Chris, could you please tell me the address of an example where this isn't working? I have been able to collect the products where I have tried, but it may be some particular pages where it isn't working.

Here are two Zappos URLs that gave me the error message just now .... both using Chrome

Strangely, I can collect those items on Zappos. Maybe they are introducing a new version of their web pages and I'm not in the group that can see it yet. I will check back in a few days.

Well, now things seem to be working for me re: the collector on Zappos. Maybe it's that special software magic where "it suddenly works for no apparent reason" . I'll take it and thanks for looking into it.
