Finds message: this does not seem to be an individual product page

Sometimes I get this message when I am on an individual product page, and then I can't collect the find. I have noticed it on White House Black Market and Boden USA, definitely when working from my iPad, but I think I've seen it on my desktop, too.

I ran into this error this evening on the Loft website. Here's an example:

UmmLila, apologies for taking a week to get to this. The collector has a problem with that page because it is on their mobile website. If you just remove the "m." from the beginning of the link it will work fine.
