Finds from Nordstrom Rack?

I thought I marked a find on a dress from the rack the other day, then later noticed it wasn't there and chalked it up to a bad memory. I just tried to "find" the same dress again and it's not showing up in my finds. I tested it with a normal Nordstrom.com item and it works there.

Thanks Traci. I will investigate. One question... when you say "marked a find", do you mean you collected it when you were on the Nordstrom Rack website, or that you clicked the heart on an existing find card?

I collected it when I was on the Rack site. The ylf dialogue box came up and I was able to choose the category and everything, but when I got back to ylf the find wasn't there. It just happened to me when I tried to collect girlfriend chinos from GAP too, which reminded me to come back and check for a response here.

Traci, I think I was able to track down the problem. Could you please check whether you can collect from Nordstrom Rack?

I'm looking into the GAP issue too.

ETA: I was able to collect the item below from Gap, but maybe it is a different item that was causing trouble. Could you please give me a link to the page of an item that isn't collecting correctly?

Yes! My rack find works now.

Here is the link to the chinos at gap. http://www.gap.com/browse/prod.....=129975032 I'm not sure if these are the same ones you collected, just in a different color, but when I try to collect them from the link here they don't show up for me when I come back to YLF.

eta: Yes, after I hit send I went and clicked your find of the gap chinos and it is the exact pair of pants. Curious.

Probably not, but just in case... one possibility is that this item is already in your collection, so the reason you don't see it when you go to your finds on YLF is that it is further back.

There is a small red notification of this when you use the collector on the Gap page. And the collect button will say "Save Changes" instead of "Collect this Item".

For the record, it's really no bother to me at all...I'm sharing more from the angle of the fun of trouble shooting and from the perspective that the finds functioning smoothly likely helps with revenue generation for the site. I hope I'm not being a pest.
