I finally took some time, rushed though it was, and with after walk hat hair, to snap photos of my NAS loot. Excuse the lack of styling and the wrinkles. I didn't bother to steam or iron anything. It's all looking like it did out of the box.

1-5. Boss suit in various iterations along with Lafayette NY silk blouse.

6-7. Rag and Bone Gilet over Boss ensemble

8-9. Boss top
10 -14 NYDJ tops styled with Boss suit, JCrew Pencil (existing in wardrobe), Rebecca Taylor peplum sweater, J Crew Blazer
15. Pleione top
16. Majestic Turtleneck
17. Vince Hoodie
18. Madewell jacket
19. Caroline Issa Turtleneck
20. Trouve Sweater
21 - 22. Vince Turtleneck
23 - 25. TNF coats in two colors and sizes. I could use an opinion here. Which color blue or grey? Which size small or medium?
26-27. Rag and Bone sweater coat - I don't like this at all. It's going back.
28. Nordstrom Collection Caroline Issa sweater coat not part of NAS but I stalked it until it went on sale and finally it did! It isn't styled well here but it is lovely when it is.
29. Max Mara suit - I posted the entire ensemble elsewhere but wanted to put it here for comparison.

Please give your opinions on the individual pieces not my styling. I didn't style them well and I know it. There is no way I am keeping all of this so I need to work on eliminations. Thanks!!

I'm thinking to myself wow, this all looks so great on her and then I hit pic 5 and pic 6 and pic 7 and almost fell over. GORGEOUS! I have to stop and get some air. It all really looks great on you! Fab haul.

TNF coat - I prefer the blue on you. The other color is very blah. As to size it didn't look very much like different sizes to me. I would want to be able to wear a thinnish sweater under a coat like this, regular winter clothes, so go for comfort.
The Boss suit is fab.
The top in 5 is fab also.
Grey casual jacket - the sleeves look too short. Does that bother you?
I like the sweater in 21 best of the sweaters.
I like 27 better than 28. I see you don't like 27. Why not? The pattern in 28 doesn't appeal to me, and I'm not sure the overall color is great for you either.

I had to make notes The 10-14 section isn't making me go "wow" the way the first bunch of dark suitings and dresses did. Boy, can you wear black suiting with your hair and glasses - just SO sophisticated, polished and professional. This is my kind of dressed up pro look.

I have to admit I don't love the piece in 28 - not sure I can articulate why - perhaps the colour is not striking enough ? I agree to the "no" on the jacket in 26. Top in 15 and hoodie in 19 are too ordinary for you. The grey Vince and the grey Trouve are outstanding.

Re THF coat - I prefer the darker (is it purple?) and can't tell the difference in sizing from the pics, but if I wear an M, there is no way you should

The Rag& Bone vest is awesome (I refuse to call it a gilet - lol) . Maybe I'm crazy , but I really think you look fantastic in these darker crisp colours like black and ink.

I ordered a larger size in the Max Mara jacket, hopefully the sleeves will be longer.

Back to add that in the picture, I think the blue Northface looks best on you.

I would have to go back and make notes but in general I prefer you in darker colours. I love the Boss suit and the Rag and Bone vest.

SF, you were made for dresses, you look fab! I also have the PG Julias in gold and will probably keep them if they still fit well in the Fall- we may be shoe twins then!
On the coats, I prefer the lighter color on you, I don't think the blue is as flattering. The blue is the small, right?
Although I prefer the looks of the smaller size, it really depends on what you will be wearing under it. I generally go for a larger size on coats because to me they are more versatile that way and they are not really supposed to fit like a tight blazer. I even dislike tight blazers because they are uncomfortable.
I am not a fan of the dark colored long cardigan but I see that it's going back anyway. The light colored one is nice but does not wow me like your jackets, dresses and skirts do.
It's time to wear my sunglasses and close my wallet, I cannot let your lovely pictures entice me to shop more!

Without reading other comments, I like the dresses, suits and dressy stuff the best. Tailored is so flattering to your great figure. Peplum sweater and the matching work tops are good.

15, 20, 26-27 aren't my favorites.

I have a poison eye for turtlenecks, so can't fairly judge them.

I'm undecided on the coat. I probably lean gray. Size may depend on what you need to layer under it.

What a fashion show! Thanks for sharing. I love all the Boss clothes on you, as well as the Rag and Bone gilet. You look amazing in both the blue color and the fit of the items. Enjoy!

You have to keep the dresses and the suits. That's an order! You look good in everything, but I agree the tailored pieces are wonderful on you. I went back and looked at the R & B coat several times because it kept calling to me, but in the end decided the color wasn't exciting and it was too bulky.

Not much help, I'll have to look some more.

The R&B Sweater coat sleeves are what bother me most. They are too short. They don't look quite as bad in the picture as they are in person. It also doesn't hang nicely. For whatever reason, probably because the small is too big for me, it folds over on itself. I deliberately smoothed out the front panels for the picture. The tweedy color is nice in person. I like it, but I'm not sure tweed is wonderful for me.

OMG, THE BOSS SUIT AND TOP AND THE LAYFAYETTE BLOUSE AND THE GILET!!!!

(Excuse the shouting. My fuchsia crash helmet just got a huge dent from banging into the floor as I fainted from the killer-ness of those.)

I really want what looks best. That's it.

I'm pretty sure I'm eliminating the Vince hoodie and the Rag and Bone Sweater Coat. The Pleione top, and maybe one of the NYDJ tops, although they are the least costly, and are more summer/transitional items than fall.

I don't need the majestic turtleneck that badly. It's a nice layering piece. I also don't need both the Vince and Caroline Issa Turtlenecks. One or the other.

I vote to eliminate 15, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 26/27. Basically I am not liking most of the sweaters. Love the suits (I thought the Boss would be a lot brighter though), and I vote for the blue puffer.

Also, you look so striking with bare arms in the long vest. Is that anything that might happen in real life seasons?

Not loving the grey sweaters and I thought I didn't like the long sweater but then style I think it looks fab.

1-9: All the Boss clothing + gilet is amazing.
NYDJ tops are great - 10 is better than 14 if you only have to choose one.
Peplum sweater is nice but could be skipped if you had to.
Out of the knitwear, I liked 16 + 20 the best.
29/30 are lovely.

Now that I've had a bit of mint tea, let me say, this is an interesting discussion. Look how many like you in darks....when you've previously been identified as a "light" season and had decided to limit your palette to lighter tones.

Now, what's going on? Is it the grey hair, do you think? Is it the dramatic specs? I'm curious.

I think to some extent when people comment on what colours suit a person they are responding to what they like, period, not necessarily to what they like on that person -- although I know we all try our best to be objective. In any case, count me a member of the group that thinks you look great in both darks and lights, depending.

I also agree with those who say you were made to wear tailored and structured clothing. I had a quick glimpse at the designer dress pics in your other thread...and while it is a beautiful dress and the colours are lovely and you carry it off due to your height in a way that few could...I actually think you look better in these more tailored items.

For whatever that is worth -- which may not be much! As you may recall, I have had my own love-hate relationship with arty draping, and being much shorter than you, I wear it far less successfully. But apart from height, the reasons that make it difficult for me are the same reasons that make tailored items look good on you. Straight lines call for straight lines.

Anyway. Onwards. I love both suits and if you will wear them and enjoy them, I hope you'll keep them. They're amazing on you. Love all the parts of the Boss suit, the beautiful blouse, the beautiful Lafayette top, and of course the gilet, which is sublime on you. I also really love the blouse in #10.

For the more casual stuff -- I'm tempted to say the Caroline Issa sweater vs. the Vince if it is a choice between the two, simply because it looks more distinctive in a way...but I seem to remember another creamy cashmere sweater from last year? And the grey is lovely with your hair.

I'd say the blue NF coat -- not sure on the size, but that colour is flattering for sure.

The sweater coats are among my least favourite pieces here; I think if anyone can wear them you can but it's hard for me to imagine the kinds of stylings that might work.

Least favourite -- 15, 16, 17, 20, 24-28.

definitely the Rag & Bone gilet and the Boss suit, dress, and top. I tried on some of those pieces today too and they were all very fab!

I prefer the blue puffer to the lighter ones. I agree with the sentiment that you look wonderful in these dark blue tones.

You look fantastic in the suits. I wish I could carry them off half as well. Like others, I prefer the darker of the coats. I can't comment on size. It depends upon what you'll be wearing under the coat and how comfortable each size is. Both look fine.

I *really* like the Issa sweater. I also like the creamy white turtleneck.

I'm wearing about as many layers as I would wear under the TNF coat. I have three tops in addition to the size small blue coat which is why it possibly looks snug. I should photograph it without all the layers so you can see the difference!

Not reading other responses...my favorites are both suits by a mile. Also love the Madewell jacket. I prefer the gray puffer. #10 is my favorite top on you. The little gray cardi in 11 is great. The first two tops, shown best in 5 and 8, I feel are a bit harsh for you. My thought as I switched from 8 to 9 was that the jacket softened the top a bit. Seems like that usually works the other way around.

Now I'm off to read what everyone else thought.

I can't comment much at the moment but I wil say to Suz's comment that I think the love of the darker items had to do with the item itself. Who does not love and look stunning in a perfectly tailored black suit, no matter how much black is or isn't your best color? In peony or mint it would be cool but not have that "Wow Across The Ages" factor. Just my two cents.
