Don't bother calling the Nordstroms 800 number--they tell you that you don't have access even with the code--WRONG!- as some of you probably already know! Talked to my engineer geek hubby and he told me how to "try" to get it--and it worked!!! Must have code etc but I do, so I am just about to start my NAS pre-sale browse--excited!
