Final shopping: never say never!

Ok folks last shopping thread for a while....I'm now on a months ban again!

So I went back to Target today and tried on 2 moto sizes. I think I'm going to stick with the smaller size because sizing up didn't really affect the arms too much, just made the shoulders a bit bigger. WHat do you think? To be honest I can't really tell the difference in the pics!

I've decided I want a little black skirt to wear with tights and flats in winter....this bow one is cute, but not really me (and too short)

To my complete shock I fell in love with a denim shirt. Lovely dark denim with pearl buttons. I won't wear this with blue denim, but maybe with my light grey jeans? Never thought I'd see the day.

There was also a deep purple shirt (I know it looks blue in these pics). A very thin cotton, wouldnt work for winter, but could be good for summer hmmmmm...

Since I didn't think the bow skirt I looked elsewhere. I found this ponte skirt at Cue. What do you think - too short/poufy (I will wear it with tights though). Only want to keep this if it is a 10.

The last outfit is KILLER. I've been wanting red skinny jeans for yonks. But I think I'm past my prime to pull off the look. I can at least enjoy them on you :0)

I'm thrilled to have another top to wear with these pants. These are the $15 H+M ones I got in SF last year. The black and blue ones get a lot more wear than the red but I still love them. So this look isn't quite denim on denim!!

Denim shirt + red pants = killer fabulous! I love how you totally got into the denim shirt look (grinning sheepishly).

I also really like the ponte skirt on you. For sure that is a keeper.

keep the jacket in the smaller size and I LOVE your denim shirt. Great skirt too. I know it probably feels short on you, but it really doesn't look *too* short IMO. You have beautiful long legs to show off

Love all of this, but particularly the Cue skirt. It doesn't look too short, and if you feel self-conscious or cold leggings will be fun with it too.

I love seeing your shopping pictures! All so fab. The denim shirt is great and I want one too. I actually tried one on yesterday and loved it, but the fit was odd. I'll keep on looking. I've changed my mind about denim shirts too!

I love everything. Have you tried the sit-down test in the Cue skirt? It looks good standing, but that might help you to decide.

Ooh Marianna you should've posted pics about the fit of your top! That's what I do when I am not sure (which clearly is a lot of the time!
