Final purchase arrived - Spanx leggings

These are a keep. They are really comfy and a lighter version of my Lysse leggings which were a workhorse last year. Read the raving reviews! I missed out last year. I got a M and they are snug but not segmenting.

These are a good example of something that may not be hot forever but which I will always love in some form.

so talk to me about leggings…..how do you wear them? are they for casual only or do you wear them to work as well. what about baggy knees? i tried a long tunic earlier this spring, it wasn't long enough to wear as a dress, and the SA suggested some leggings, but when i tried them something felt "off". but i've been thinking about them ever since.

Una - how do they feel on? I only ask because leather breathes and is comfortable but I don't wear my leather leggings to work. I would buy these in a heartbeat (if they restock for those of use w/o nordies cards) if I won't swelter. Love them and can't wait to see them on! PS we're about the same size. Would sizing up be too much? My normal spanx size is a small but these sound challenging.

I have these coming to me too. I don't anticipate that they will be a great look for me but maybe with long enough tops. They just seemed like a fun alternative to basic black leggings and skinnies which are staples for me.

I'm glad they work for you....I am anxious to see if they are also nonsegmenting on me!

So they feel really secure and comfy - not Spanx-like at all once on. I could wear a S but wanted no constriction. I tend to do leggings as "pants" with coverage via tunics, rather than leggings as tights with dresses, which I think is a more artsy Eileen Fisher/j. Jill kind of look. But these would work with dresses too. They are a little long on me but I like scrunch and I'm short! I am never hot in my climate but I wouldn't wear these above 70 degrees.

Thumbs up from me too. Mine were workhorses last year worn as Una describes. They're long on me (5'2") in a Small, but no bagging other then at ankles.

Part of me wants some mixed media leggings but another part has no idea how to wear them. Maybe because I don't have many tunics (which are hard for me to find in a good length) or maybe it is just not my thing?

Una, I wanted to ask you about this KUT jeans - you said on another thread that you have them. Do you have this year version or older? I have ordered them but I am concerned with the fabric content and if they stretch a lot. If you have older version can you check what the fabric content there and tell me how badly they stretch?

Sveta, I just got them last week. They seem very resilient, like ponte, and don't feel like they will stretch out or bag although they do "conform". I got the bigger of my size range based on reviews - my other plaid Kuts are a 4 but also a more sateen material. These are long on me, and I'm getting them hemmed. I suspect they will be ankle length on you. The front pockets are fake BTW.
