Final outfit for photo

I only have 10 minutes left before I have to leave to work. I kind of liked Carla‘s idea about skirt, I kind of forgot that skirt is also an option LOL
I know most of you are in different time zone so hopefully I will get some imput before it is truly late, photo session is scheduled for afternoon.
I am thinking about this 2 possibilities, but I am also thinking of bringing both blazers and also navy pants with me. What do you think?

I think both work but I prefer outfit one. Love the camel and navy combo!! You look great.

May be am still in time(?) great outfit and such a good idea to take both blazers with you. You can decide to blend in or pop out---whatever that means. Say if all men are in dark suits or tops than you can also blend with the navy blazer...or maybe you can pop out a little with the greyish one. YLF Ancie, no matterwhat! (would die to see the older and the new pictie, too!:-))

I know it’s probably too late, but both outfits are good, but a prefer # 1 because like Sisi I like the higher contrast

It seems that #1 is in the lead so that is most likely what I will wear.

Thank you all so much, you helped me a lot. It is now over and done with. I learned that photos will be used for online org chart and I really hope that no one will get the idea to display them on the wall too where I have to look at them constantly

I think there was a lesson there. There is still place for navy in my wardrobe. I wore this blazer to my mom’s funeral also.

Back to add a few thoughts. Considering you are the only woman on the team, I think it was a good idea to lean into that by wearing a skirted outfit. The column of colour with boots keeps you covered up the way a man’s pants and shirt does, but also lets you stand out as different and special! The conservative blazer ties into what the men might have been wearing, and demonstrates that even though you are ‘different’ you are playing on the same team. The addition of the gold necklace was inspired, and sends a message of quiet luxury (I am successful!)

Keeping the navy blazer as an option is definitely a good idea for the future. You looked so polished and professional in that outfit. I love the skirt and boots combo with your new hair colour too.

Yes, I think even when we veer away from a colour or way of dressing, certain pieces can still be useful beyond that 'phase'. For example, I still have some black gear items for sports & gym wear, despite banishing it from my main (casual/ work) wardrobe.

Don't get rid of the navy blazer just because you're moving away from navy in general. As you've demonstrated, it can still be a useful piece when worn with other items still 'on-brand' for your current sartorial direction.
