Rachylou, LP knows what's up!
Thanks Bridgie. We do have fun. Hope your holidays were good.
Anne, the detail is a couple of flowers, made by trim that's stitched on. A little unusual. "Breakfast" wasn't exactly early in the morning for us that day.
Suz, lol about "cute"--so true! We lucked out with the red decor in this place right around Christmas!
Meiss, welcome! Hope you had a good Christmas too.
Thanks Shevia!
Thanks Bijou! We like yummy;)
Anchie, yes, a move just before turning 16 is tough, and tbh, there are moments when "you made me move" comes up. But overall I think he is doing well. Having his first girlfriend here helped, I think, and learning the language certainly does. He tells me that "active shooter" drills at school and the number of black people shot by cops/reported to police for stupid reasons don't bother him like they do me, but I know he tries to explain the consequences of extreme individualism to kids at school, and how things are better here.
Thanks Suntiger--want a bite? The fondue pot was a present to him--in college I had fondue parties, and asked guests to bring "dippables" to share. Now that he has a social life, I wonder if he'll do the same.
Pic is detail of pant leg, but I'm not sure it shows much better than the original. There is a smaller version on the other leg, also on bottom of pant leg.
