Happy Weekend, ladies!
A little after I joined YLF (it's been 6 months now!), Suz convinced me that I needed to count the numbers in my wardrobe. This would make me more aware of what I had in each category for better wardrobe management.
I found out a lot of problem areas, primarily duplication and clothing items as well as accessories that were not right for my real lifestyle.
The area that bothered me most was Handbags. I had close to 60 handbags. I work from home and the only time I actually use a handbag is on weekends. I surely didn't need 60, and I was determined to fix this area.
Today I counted against while I fixed the closet that holds my bags, and I currently have just 25 bags And that too without having to stop bag shopping completely.
I have added 5 new bags this year. Two out of those are high-end premium leather bags that are mini-investments, one is mid-range, and two are cheaper bags that allowed me to try a new style without having to spend too much (Zara and H&M).
I'm much happier with these numbers and feel like I did well! Thanks for sharing my good news with me. Have a great weekend!
