So this feather skirt is on MyHabit for cheaper. There are two colors, plum and black

I like the black. It would go with many tops. Looks great with the plum actually!

Nevermind! There's a Helmut Lang sale on Gilt and I got a puffer jacket, which is more important and practical.

Helmut Lang all the way - I've tried the Pink Tartan feather skirt in black (via Saks for $198) and sent it back - it was terrible! The feathers looked like shiny yarn and wouldn't stay down - the skirt made me 6" bigger in every direction!
