Favorite Cropped Leggings

I am looking for a decently priced but good quality cropped legging, or a really inexpensive one. I'm 5'4", though, so what may be cropped on you tall ladies usually is too long on me. Does anyone have a favorite brand or style?

Rosie, I bought a couple of pair last year and have been happy with them both. I have the INC zipper cropped leggings that Angie blogged about (and you can scrunch cropped leggings up to get the length you want) -- check Macy's, INC seems to have lots of kinds available. The pair that I am currently wearing are from NY&Co. I have the ankle length, but they also do a cropped version. Actually- I am able to pull mine up and wear them as crops, too. I am 5 foot 5, but with rather short legs. I got mine when they were on sale- I think that I paid about $5 for them. They have lasted well for the price.

Oh terrific, thanks ladies for these two great options!! I have two pairs of long ones that aren't scrunchable, so these both sound good.

Do you have an H&M near you Rosie? Their shops are full of leggings at the moment, quite a few different lengths too, at very reasonable prices.

I vote INC too, but H&M is cheaper and definitely worth a look.

If you want to really get a bargain, Tarjay has them for $6 and you could sample them that way. I cannot speak to their quality but I saw them there.

I'm in the market for cropped leggings too. (and am petite). How do you scrunch them if they are too long? I would think they should be sleek and the scrunching would make them not look sleek.

I am not petite, but I second H&M suggestion. I am pretty happy with the quality and they have a good selection (although I haven't seen stirrups there)

So many options! Thank you everyone for all the ideas. I do kinda have the same question as Melissa - if you scrunch them, do they still look sleek?

I spent a decent amount of money on my DKNYC full length ones and I like the quality a lot, but want to check out some less expensive options, which all of these are.

Angie, I love my leggings! It's starting to warm up so it's definitely time for cropped ones. Last week also made me realize I need some that aren't black!
