I just wanted to share a snafoo I had with fashion tape. It has become my new best friend for closing gaps on button down shirts. However, I made the mistake of using it on a silk blouse that also gaped a bit, and some of the stickiness left a residue that then accumulated some sort of stain from god-knows-where (I think it was the seat belt in our old car). The dry cleaner is not sure she can get it out. Fingers crossed.

Anyway, the moral of the story: don't use fashion tape on silk! Stick (get it?) to cotton. Argh.
