I over dye clothes, and I’ve done it a lot. When I grew out my silver hair, it became even more important to wear cool-toned colors. I didn’t want to lose my wardrobe investment, so I dyed most of my cream and off white clothes to blue. Since then, I’ve also dyed garments to cover up stains and formerly optic white clothing that has slowly yellowed with wear and washing. Cotton, cotton blends and silks dye beautifully.
