Gaylene;s post made me think about a few things like why I am enjoying being on here, and about where I am with my style, purchases, and the whole concept of dressing me these days. I have concluded that mostly it is making it fun, I am in maybe the same place as you few older ladies that are retired, so don't have to just get dressed for work every day, which gets to be a chore. Now I can plan what to wear for things as simple as lunch with friends, out to dinner, theater ,etc. What makes things fun is to have a little time to do what I call tweeking. Trying different accessories, mixing colors, adding and subtracting jewelry, scarves, different shoes. also I found that I like being a little different than other women around me. I am enjoying wearing things I like even if others don't, or they are not a trend in my area.
