You look great and this works beautifully for today as well. I think your hair is lovely - I envy the waves: so pretty.

Great outfit! I immediately broke out in Olivia Newton John's "Let's Get Physical" when I clicked on your pic.
Your hair looks amazingly lovely for only being air-dryed! I think there are several different ways that you could style your hair. You could keep it as it is, but add more texture to it by using a texture spray or powder - I love them - but you need to find the right one for your hair and that will take some experimenting. Also, you could blow-dry it, touch up any spots with a flat-iron, spray and go! Or, you could blow-dry it and then curl it with a flat-iron - actually it's more like a bend then it is a curl. Add some texture with a spray or powder, perhaps some beachy spray also - or go in the opposite direction and add some shine spray rather than the beachy spray.
There are zillions of tutorials on you-tube that demonstrate how to curl/bend with a flat iron, how to blow-dry, what products to use when, etc. etc.
As far as products go - I'm a firm believer in using them - they open up so many more possibilities for styling and just makes your hair more manageable. There are many of them out there that do not make your hair crunchy, as some of the commenters alluded to - you just need to find the right ones for your hair. Also, I use different products on my hair depending on how many days it's been since I've washed my hair. The products I use on day 1 are completely different than the ones that I use on day 3. Again, you just have to experiment until you find the ones that work best for you. I have a pinterest board on the bob hair-cut and different stylings..https://www.pinterest.com/mmil.....about-bob/ I could easily see you making yours more "piece-y" like some of the pics on this board - take a look at Julianne Hough's or Olivia Munn's for example.
