Ack! Yesterday I wore a silk tee that I hadn't used yet this year. I put it on over a lovely colbalt bra and was pleased as I had forgotten the fabric thickness and opacity. So hard to find in summer shirts! Went to a local thrift store in search of some wall art. Saw a Zara blazer and decided to try it on. Realized that while the front of my shirt was opaque, the back was very VERY see-through!!!! How had I forgotten? So, the Zara jacket came home with me so I could make myself decent enough to finish my errands. Because it's when you're wearing a scandalous shirt you are most likely to run into an old family friend or a board member of the museum where you work.
Now the question is whether to keep this jacket. I actually love the length and cut, but I can't decide if the jacket is ill-fitting or appropriately oversized. What do you think. Keep or return (to the donate bin)?
