On the Fall Wish List thread a number of people mentioned they were looking for pashminas to wear as scarves (myself included). During the last few weeks I've been bookmarking what I have found, and noticed today that I already have a long list of links, so I thought I'd share them with you.
I'm not sure all of them qualify as 'pashminas'. For me, a pashmina is either 100% cashmere (which can be ridiculously expensive, hence the prices of some of the items below) or at least a blend of cashmere with silk or wool, and larger than a 'normal' scarf (I've been known to use them as a blanket on several occasions). But you'll find a few others here as well. There are scarves, wraps and shawls. I've discovered that there are a lot of plain pashminas out there, a number of 'jacquard' prints, a few animal prints, and a few chequered ones but not that many other (beautiful & original) prints or patterns. So my hunt is not over yet!
Anyway, sorry in advance for the endless link list and hopefully you'll like some of them.

This is classic and beautiful I I think, but it costs as much as the purple leather jacket I'm coveting... I'll go for the jacket!

A few other pashmina stores:

I've mentioned before that this store sells good-quality pashminas, this is there animal print selection for those who are interested in that:

Has anybody ever ordered something from Nimli? They have an amazing range of colours and I'm wondering how good the quality is.

And don't forget eBay. Bidding on these particular items may have ended by now, but all the sellers have a store with more pashminas in stock.
