Well Olsen Europe is turning out to be a bust for me - although I really like many of their fall pieces this year, the fit is off for petite me and when I returned the cardigan last night, had the same unfortunate snotty SA experience as I've had in the past. I'm done with them.
The good news is I have my cash back in my Fashion Fund jar and even with the expense of my replacement Doc Martens boots, I have some left over.
I am seriously looking at the polka dot Tildon tube skirt in Angie's finds. I adore the VC tube skirts but they don't work in winter. Once you add tights, they cling and stick in an unflattering and annoying fashion. I noticed in reading the details about the Tildon skirt, that it is fully lined. This would make it the perfect fall/winter tube skirt with tights - and maybe paired with the new Docs! Black and white features prominently in my wardrobe and this skirt has the potential to be a workhorse with tons of different stylings without having to buy anything to work with it. The price is good and even with Nordstrom's expensive shipping, would still fit within my budget.
What do you think? Worth giving it a try? Can you see it working for me?
