I am still on a quest for a roomy red wool coat...other than that, I am open to possibilities...

I couldn't be more excited about the 2016 fall/winter color trends. If I had to put together a palette of almost all of my favorite colors, this would be it:

It's only missing a dark, eggplant purple.

This blogger has an interesting post about trends this fall:

I also saw something about a lot of velvet showing up in fall collections, which is good, because I recently bought a black velvet jacket

I can't wait to see what Angie says about fall trends!

Lol, viva! And/or possibly summer

JazzyDance my inexpensive leggings that are fuzzy inside usually begin to pill on the outside after a year or two. Non fuzzy ones can last longer, then fading of dark colors is what usually retires them to lounge wear. If they aren't fading or pilling, I'd keep on wearing them.

Like many others I'm looking for a replacement black knit turtleneck (short sleeved). Otherwise at this point I'm just keeping an eye out for hewis that have been on the list for awhile -- silver shoes and black and white sneakers.

Amy thanks for the links.
I am now obsessed with the color Diver. I think it has enough interest for me, but is a bit toned down from what I normally wear, and should look great with my gray hair. I am still learning to adjust what I wear for my gray. And several of the styles on the other post, the more covered up ones, lol, will be fun to try.

I want a bright winter coat, as mine died a few years ago and I have been wearing my trench. But occasionally that looks odd, and occasionally it hasn't been warm enough. This past year I realized how hard it is to see pedestrians at night when they are wearing all black, which is why I want to go lighter and/or brighter. Although now my heart wants a coat in Diver.

I want long cozy textured sweaters that don't itch me. They have to have some cabling that distracts from my lumps and bumps. Long enough to cover my bum. That's a new word for me, but I like it. Last winter I found a short one.

Fall? Fall? I've just started to enjoy summer....not ready to think about fall. But on my list....a new wallet. This is a carryover from spring, since I use the same wallet for years and years, practencing PPP. A block heel pump or booties-- or both. Cognac shoes....a new navy belt....

I'm finding it harder and harder to shop for Fall/Winter in deep Summer. This year I am taking advantage of the Summer sales and buying for my dominant season.
