Gorgeous, all of them! I’m with you on the wedge sneaker love. I know many folks find the whole idea repellent, but I love the extra height.

Confession time. I am envious of your footwear collection! I am not envious of the job you need to do today and I wish you good luck. Sadly, rudeness seems to be a character trait for more and more people who are not managing their frustrations well.

I love your footwear collection. Footwear is a place where I need a much better purchasing approach. I tend to over-purchase special boots (fit well, made well, look amazing, but not good for long periods of time) and under-purchase fashionable footwear that is also highly walkable. And since my life is much more pedestrian now (in the walking sense) I need more footwear like yours. I need to stop thinking that one pair of high-top whatever, for example, is enough, and have a variety so they last longer. I am paying attention.

I've been kinda stalking a wedge sneaker, maybe even this very one, but didn't bite cuz I thought it might be past its prime. Now I have the Felicia and the Anna in my cart at Zappos. Reviews say they are narrow. Are they? Which do you have? I don't have wide feel, but they sure aren't narrow or low volume. I want.

Just found a new pair of lined high-top Cons on ebay. Thank you for the inspiration, Lisa!!!

AndiB - mine are the Felicia model. Yes, they are narrow-is. I bought an 8 which is my usual size in almost every brand. I wouldn't say they are for walking long distances, obviously, but I was on my feet for almost 8 hours in them yesterday and had no problem. I don't wear them as everyday " fashion " shoes, but more of a nod to the athletic look I wear most days at work . Dressy athletic, if that makes sense

Vivian - I want these! Hoping to score a pair myself this winter. Not sure what colour I'd want though.

Jessikams, I know what you mean . Like many other things, it's all in the styling, right? I mean I'm not wearing these with distressed skinnies and a polar fleece trimmed hoodie , pink lipstick and hair extensions

I really love the metallic oxfords! You have a great “don’t even think about messing with me” look on your face. We just got back from SE Arizona and saw lots of maskless people.

Great shoe collection!
Yeah, I have yet to step foot back in my Planet Fitness location even when they reopened briefly, due to the fact that I suspect a certain correlation between a certain breed of ‘health’ nut and dismissing virus concerns. I don’t mean to stereotype anyone as I love the gym myself but I think there’s a type who measures their health & invulnerability by the size of their muscles. I have very mixed feelings about the passports and one of my issues is that it’s once again front line workers who are stuck enforcing it. But on the other hand this may be the factor that gets me back to gyms, indoor dining etc, once my kids are fully vaxxed (age eligibility issue) and we see how back to school goes. So thank you Lisa, for making other gym patrons safer.
