Fall attire.

I am ready for fall fashions. I really love cardigans, leggings and boots look. I am plus size. Is it appropriate for a 49 year old plus size women to wear leggings?

YES !!! Though I believe, at EVERY age and body size, it should be with a tunic or longer shirt. I hate seeing the girls at my son's hugh school in tights and shirt t shirts with panty lines or seeing through to their underwear. Go for it !!!!

Yes, surely but with tunic, long shirts and even dress, shirt dress for example so many ideas. Also long cardigan.......

I'm 45, and I wear the thicker types like ponte and denim.

Yes. Totally appropriate. I am a large frame woman in my late 50's and wear leggings frequently, usually under a long tunic or dress. Like shedev, I prefer thicker ponte knit leggings and denim jeggings. I avoid anything that comes too close to looking less like pants and more like tights.
