I am on overload. There is so many things that I just can't make a deceision as to what it is I want. Especially in the shoe catagory of things.

I am not sure what to say. I of course see how this is definitely Angie's season and there are great things...I suppose I'm more detached because I'm trying to hold off on buying in general, and what I want to buy are more like long-term wardrobe staples. So I'm not against anything that's showing up; I just don't need a lace sweater as much as I'm looking for a good, well-made pair of tall boots, for example. But I would love to see pics of what everyone's into--I was busy around the time you all were linking to your pinterest boards.

After years of feeling like wispy, unstructured clothes were all there were in stores, I'm excited that there are jackets, chunky knits, and silhouettes that are more flattering to my body. My little ex-Texan heart loves the tougher edge of booties- I'm just having trouble finding more to add to my black flat and heeled versions. But my favorite- the colors! Love burgundy (or oxblood, as I keep hearing it), love cobalt and the deep blues, the gorgeous combos of camel and other neutrals... yes, if I had the budget I could go crazy this season. I'll have to enjoy it on others and hope that when I can do more shopping the goodies will still be there.

I started this season feeling very pouty and left out, once again, since it is another trouser season. Queen Dress was not amused ... but it has turned out beyond my expectations. The scarves, booties, handbags (clutches), costume jewelry and cozy sweaters have more than made up for a lack of dresses. And oh, I have found two fabulous dresses. All is well in the Kingdom

I never have trouble finding SOMETHING I like. I'm interested to try some "new" (hello 80's I'm back) things and I'm not overly repelled by anything so I guess that counts as a good season.

Hmm yes and no. I've never been super into the 90s style stuff, which is certainly prevalent right now, but happily there is plenty of other stuff (yay 80s! yay 70s!) to keep me occupied. Though I do also feel similar to Charmian: with fall/winter as my dominant season it is often hard for me to distinguish between a general love for the season's items and the items available. The last couple years I mostly worked on building my core essentials, and this year have the ability to find more "fun" pieces... and haven't found as many as I'd liked. But I'm happy to be patient and keep looking
