Hi everyone! I need your advise please. I purchased this dress from Nordstrom for my daughter this Christmas. She tried it on and loved it. Then I washed it per instructions and all the bright colors faded, even black changed to grey. It now looks like it's been washed a thousand times. We are both very disappointed, as she was planning to wear it for the New Years Eve:-((( I have the receipt but not the tags. Should I try to return or exchange?
