There are 4 events altogether: a party on Bourbon Street the night before, the wedding ceremony, the reception, and a brunch the next day. I'm thinking of the orange Anthro dress for the brunch. Need to come up with a fun outfit from my closet for Bourbon Street. Then Indian for the wedding and change into a party dress for the reception - at least that's the word from my family. So I need a fancy party dress. I have some options in my closet but they are still a squeeze unless I lose another 5 pounds and get to my pre-baby size in a month.
How I will get all this into a carry-on I don't know. But I am not checking anything in - my luggage has been lost or destroyed far too many times, and I have two flight changes to get there!
