Definately cropped! Not full length on me. Two inches above my ankle bone - at least. They are meant to be cropped.

Thanks for the kind words, ladies. Hope you check them out.

I really like these. Have no need for them at this point, so will enjoy seeing then on you and others. Velveteen and cat equals very hairy pants.

OMG, Angie’s bought cords
I guess you returned the COS trousers and bought these instead?

Love how they look on you.

Thanks, ladies. They are packed for my trip.

Isabelle, no rib in the corduroy so I'm true to my word. Velveteen. *smiling*. And I can admire the COS pants on you. I unfortunately found them itchy.

There is a Sloan fit, even more cropped cropped bugundy velvet/een also. Different shade though.

Do they come in petite sizes?

Ok I’ve looked at these and I’ll be more pedantic, after years of shopping for fabrics with my mom - the Ryan pants are a super- fine-wale corduroy. That still makes them “ read” more like no- wale, and more versatile . I’ll not debate the length too much () since pants hit differently on everyone, but note the model is 5’10” and a small size. So they fall considerably longer on me, which is an advantage. Or at least, these are what is in my store that salesperson poitntex out, but maybe it is another style? Then they had Sloan’s in similar but not exact colors have no wale whatsoever. This might help someone else in their shopping OR need to look for the right style.

I love this type of fabric! Also the word makes me think of that sweet book, The Velveteen Rabbit.
I like the pants but I don't get along well with crops just yet, especially in winter. Wish they came in full-length... or would that kill the look you're going for, Angie?

K.M. the crops are PERFECT with my burgundy boots. Full length would not showcase their gorgeousness.

I see! I take it that tucking a similar but full-length pair of pants inside booties wouldn't quite achieve the same effect?... (bunching, tapering, draping too much?) I like the look of cropped winter pants, I just never tried it on myself. Thanks for the answer, Angie!

K.M., you wouldn't achieve the same clean and neat effect.
