Eyeglass help: Round Two

Thanks all for your help in my initial quest for new eyeglass frames. https://youlookfab.com/welookf.....-and-hello With your suggestions and pointers in mind, I went out to hunt again. These are my top 3 contenders. I think I have a favorite but won't tell you yet

What would you choose? Thanks in advance for your advice!

#1- Previous top choice (Modo Eco frames- recycled plastic)

#2-3 Clear frames (Barton Perrieira frame- acetate )

#4-5 Blue tortiseshell + gold (Modo frame- acetate + titanium arms, bridge)

#6-7 Clear frames with corner speckles (Ogi frame- acetate)

Ack. Ok. It’s the Barton’s or Modo’s for me. I’m enamoured of clear frames at the moment, but the Modo makes me pause...

I think 6-7 is the best choice here. Nice scale for your face, a shape that echoes your eyes and brows, and the color complements your coloring. I like the color toward the outer edge of the frame, serving as a literal frame to your eyes.

4-5 would be my favorite, except I wish they had more "lift." That is, they turn slightly down, which can be a little draggy on one's looks. What I like about them is the width, overall scale and level of contrast, all of which I find very flattering on you.

I love the color of 1-2 on you, but am less crazy about the shape for you. Again, I see a little down-turning.

2-3 seems like a strong contender to me, too.

Also, I looked back at your previous post and liked the readers best of all.

Modo’s - a close second, so if you liked them best...

I love the last two options almost equally - Modo with blue and gold ( very slight personal preference ) and Ogi clear frames with some speckles. I'm all for colorful options that could go with any outfits and add fun elements to any basic pieces.
The clear frames from Barton in second option are very nice too but a bit disappear without adding something special to the look.
You do look great in all of them ( really complements your eyes ) - love your smile!

Thanks everyone! Votes are all over the place I like the Modo frames (4-5) best. I like the warmth gold frames and the tortiseshell. The titanium makes them light and the optician did a great job of explaining the lens options. I also wish that they turned up a little more at the ends

@rachylou-- Good to see you and I see you are still rocking your quirky style! It's been years! As you see, I like the Modo's too.

I like your choice of #4-5. The width and overall size of the frames suits your face. #1 is my second favorite - mostly because the color is great on you. If that one came in a narrower width, that would be my first choice.

If weight matters to you (it definitely does to me), titanium is a great choice.

I like 6/7 best! I also like the Bartons. But would like them more if not totally clear.

I agree with Angie re. 6-7, but I don't think you can go wrong with any of these. You wear glasses beautifully.

6 has a great detail interest and it picks up your hair color well in the frame and the light color is on trend.
