Another street style rant. Leggings are NOT Pants! Neither are tights. Too much information!

Kim Kardashian has killer curves but I don't need to see this much of them:

I already mentioned in another thread this is one of my biggest current style peeves. Please, somebody, MAKE IT GO AWAY! ;-( My eyes, they burn!

Ooh, that is the worst violation of the "leggings are not pants" rule that I've ever seen outside of a train station.

That's nothing. Once, I saw a lady in the grocery store in leggings-as-pants. She was a very large woman in all white- white see through leggings as pants, and a white low cut top that her bra hung out of, even white shoes. From behind, it was terrifying! A friend of mine used to describe a behind like that looking like two puppies wrestling under a blanket, except there wasn't even a blanket on this lady.

There a girl in my office who wears leggings as pants. And she's a pretty pear like me. She wears a short top, and black leggings. I have to bite my tongue when she does this. It really, really does not look good.

Fi I've seen a couple of people in tights as pants and 1 I could see the colour of her knickers through them! I'll admit to wearing leggings as pants in the 80's as a child but Angie thought of using them as an accessory rather than clothes makes so much more sense x

Although Kim Kardashian is really, really beautiful, she painfully lacks good taste and common sense. Those leggings look just awful - and emphasize cellulite traces on her bum. I don't want to sound hateful, because I'm sure that my backside looks worse than hers, but I wouldn't do this to myself.

Yuck. I totally agree with you on this rant. In Lisbon I saw the worst example of this yet. The woman was wearing a short T-shirt with leggings. Bad enough. Then the leggings were on the thin side. So you could actually tell all the details of her undewear. Ewww.

This and the short shorts/micro minis are my biggest pet peeves right now. I am usually pretty much laid back about other people's fashion.....live and let live. But these two things actually make me angry !!! Maybe I was assaulted by a tights-wearing,micr tutu clad ballerina in another life......
