Hazel can be green-brown or blue-brown or somewhere in between like a grey-brown. Bearing in mind that monitors are different, on this chart your eyes seem to be like #42?

I also have hazel eyes, but mine veer more towards the blue spectrum. They seem to change depending on what I wear and can appear blue *or* green. As I've grown older, more and more people think they appear green, especially in comparison to my kids, who both have obviously and unmistakably blue eyes, one the color of navy and the other the color of mid-wash denim. But my hubby has true green eyes and in comparison to him my eyes are not quite green either.
