So yesterday as I was removing pockets from my jacket (on a break), I wondered if other people do extreme makeovers on their clothes while at work or on the go? Once I see something I want to change, it's hard to wait!

I think taking pockets off was the biggest thing I've ever done, although I've taken down hems before too. I have access to a sewing kit and a lot of privacy, although I limit my alterations to lunch or breaks. What extreme makeovers have you done in unusual places?
