I think they are supposed to help improve posture, increase back and abdominal strength, and help tone hips, glutes, thighs, and calves. I would only wear them for walking around the park in the evening, not for everyday wear. I'm not a gym rat or a runner, so I thought it might help improve my walking. I'm just not sure. I was hoping someone on the thread had tried them.
