My aubergine wool Hobbs "Francesca" coat (discussed by Angie here: https://youlookfab.com/2021/02.....b-finds-2/) came back from its "dryclean for summer storage" trip with one of the buttons missing.

This coat has THREE different sizes of the same buttons. Large (closure); small (cuffs); and medium (rear non-functional belt).

Hobbs was crazy-fast in responding to my query about sending me a replacement, and then they were crazy-fast in responding to my detailed and tedious explanation of exactly which size button I needed, assuring me that they would send it immediately.

May I say, I am gob-smacked.
