Inspired by Helena modeling the 100% My Body tee from Everlane the other day, I set out to buy it as a birthday gift for 3 young adult nieces. I added the Re-new Transit Catch All toiletries bag for each, as they were on sale, and another sale item.

None of the items showed sale prices once in the bag! Everlane doesn't have phone support, or online chat, so I submitted an email. Got a response within minutes. After a couple back and forths, they admitted the website issue, credited me the sale savings and I was able to complete my purchase.

I was fully ready to abandon that shopping cart and purchase. Appreciate their responsiveness.
