Angie, the stores in Copenhagen are still full of neutrals, with the exception of H&M, which is carrying some lovely bright coral and a lot of nautical colours, stripes, and 70's denim/chambray looks. There are whole boutiques of powder puff colours, which after the long, dark, winter, are not cheery enough for me, even though I'm a paid up member of team neutral.
On the streets, the thing I am loving is leather bracelets. Ole Lyngaard carries the designer models: leather corded wristlets that you add silver and gold pendant style charms to. But there are lots of mid-range options - narrow leather straps that wrap around twice, like a Hermes watch and do up with a buckle.
The other new thing in the stores is retro prints - mango and H&M both stock cute shift dresses with 1930's style scottie dog prints. Too cute!
Ther is a new canvas/leather mix out there, too, which I find really interesting - shoes that incorporate canvas with leather trims and straps, and mixed canvas leather handbags.
Will get snapping and send you some pics - although I suspect the Danish love of all things neutral may not appeal to your inner brights-lover...
Looking forward to following what's happening elsewhere!
