I've always been so interested also, because those customization options seem like a dream come true. I often see things that I would like "if only"...if the sleeves, neckline, etc were more what I wanted. Or wanted to see if I might actually like a wrap dress if it was made to fit my longer torso. What always stopped me was twofold: I don't like ordering from another country and I don't know enough about fabric to feel like I understood what I'd be getting.
I planned to follow your post with great interest to see what others said. Unfortunately, it sounds like now is not a good time to try and order.
