People love photos. But often in a pic-heavy post, I find it nearly impossible to refer from the text to the individual photo, and then back to the text, etc.

Posters often do this:
(Pics 1, 2) -- text text
(Pics 3, 4) -- text text
(Pics 1 and 4) -- text text
<>

Or they will do this:
text text (see pics 1 and 3 below)
text text (see pics 2 and 4 below)
<>

It would be super cool and more usable if posters had the ability to insert pics right where they are talking about them. Makes for much better readability.

So the post would look like this:
text text
<>
text text
<>

The cherry on the cake would be that -- once you are viewing a pic -- you could still arrow through all the pics in a single post, despite the fact that the pics are displayed "sprinkled" throughout the post text.
