My title "Epaulettes" refer to the strips of finished fabric that run from shoulder seam toward the neck on a jacket and typically finish wth a button.
I think I'm using the right term but please let me know if not.

Is there a specific body type that should/shouldn't wear jackets featuring these? Are they better if you are broad shouldered? Or busty? Or if you have a short neck? What about a thicker neck? Or am I wsy over-thinking this?
